Under broad direction, this level provides the highest level of technical expertise in soft rock completions for the most complex and risky reservoir situations. The profitability of Halliburton and the assigned client base is maximized through technology, cross-PSL (Product Service Line) applications, integrated solutions, SIGMA, reservoir simulations, and superior sales abilities. Decisions and recommendations are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on engineering, sales, and related company activities. Advanced and multiple design models are used to optimize the completion process and a full understanding of the total completion is used to sell the full range of Halliburton completion services. May perform advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority in soft rock completions. This individual is also recognized by a large contingent of the local industry community as an expert. At this level, the individual generally will have developed inventions or new designs, processes, or techniques which greatly contribute to the company and client success. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering required. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Sector which includes experience in Operations, Sales, Engineering and management experience. Possession of a Professional engineer preferred or equivalent experience license.
